Someone called me from this number, if it was by mistake. I asked to be placed on their do not call list and even the site so call management was rude, nasty and unprofessional. She did not apologize, and she hung up in my face. If I was going to rate them it will be a zero for customer service for the human race!

The customer service is great but if you are going on a cruise they don't give you any onboard credits.

Great service! All I needed was a flight out of Columbia - nothing fancy - and Jane very patiently found a good deal for me. Won't book online anymore.
