The massage therapists are amazing. The receptionists however lie and don't know how to treat customers. They just ruined all the good that the massage therapist spent an hour working on because they refuse to honor the free massage on my account that they told me twice was in my account including right before i walked back!!!

You are just better off paying full price..... Somewhere else! That's the best way to describe the power of your membership. This review is for the real massage patrons of the area. If you don't choose a membership, you don't have to deal with disappointment after disappointment. They hook you in by grabbing their best therapist, who probably just can't wait to quit. It's not because the therapist hates you or your body, it's the fact it's a NIKE sweat shop for massage. The therapist are paid well below a decent rate, as I've heard and are worked to the bone, as I've seen. Five minutes between cleaning a room and getting ready for you? Hmmmmm. I have lost 3 great therapist to the same exact problem. What a waste of a yearly membership, automatic debit, and a gamble on quality. Yes every single appointment is a gamble!
You are better off looking for a real massage spa that focuses on, well, massage. Your membership is their honey pot at MASSAGE ENVY and you are defintely being sold salt. I was at least. well there are more, but not everybody writes about it. $600 dollars a year and rarely did I get the massage I wanted past month 3. After that everybody was always just as good, yeah that was a lie. I went from losing pain to dealing with fresh out of school rookies who are scared to touch because of company policy and miseducation. I think its company policy. Good luck getting your needs met, or issues really worked. If you like facials and just want to get cleaned up will go for that, but your massage money is best thrown on a better place. I'm not angry, but I defintely know that this company ain't worried about your satifaction. You can always tell a great company by the company they keep! Get it! Your satisfaction won't last a year, but your disappointment will a clean 9 months out of 12. I don't cross promote companies that's tacky, but Augusta has much more to offer. Just dial another number!

Great massage! We went in for a couple massage and the experience was awesome. They was professional and it felt awesome!

My therapist started 10 mins late and only gave me a 50 min massage.

Poor customer service. Spoke with employee Shannon, very rude and unprofessional. You'll get what you pay for here. The reservation process is a nightmare. Don't waste your time requesting online, they don't even have half of the services available at any given time. If you want a more professional, relaxing experience I highly recommend Urban Nirvana, been going there for years. You'll pay more, but it is worth every dime. I, unfortunately, had a gift card for Massage Envy. It is now in the trash. Not worth my time.
