Keri Bailes? Worst cut in Columbia--and I hate to say that! Please don't book with her. I read the positive reviews and fell for them. Without explanation, she double-booked my appointment which left me with wet hair and an unfinished haircut in their cold waiting area, while she applied color to another client. 45 minutes later she approached me, no apology, and wants to finish my cut! I paid and left. Can't believe I was treated so poorly. Please go somewhere else.

I am disappointed with this salon after reading all of the positive reviews about it. I got my hair colored only 3 weeks ago and it has already washed out. I bought a shampoo from them as suggested by my stylist in order to hold the color but that obviously did not work.i am highly disappointed in the results especially because of the price I paid I paid for 2 weeks of color..
