Showed up at the lunchtime rush. The staff was friendly. Food was really good. We ordered to go and the manager personally checked the orders. He has the folks in the back replace a piece of fish. Wonderful customer service!

We went at lunch time, so they were busy. They were still very nice. The food, as always, was steaming hot and very tasty.

Ate here at 1:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. They were busy but not to busy. I was greeted as I walked in the door. My order was taken quickly and my server "Joye" was very nice. By the time I went and washed my hands and got back to my table Joye served my food. The presentation on the plate was nice and the servings were plentiful. The fish was hot, lightly battered and not oily or having a burnt oil taste like I've had elsewhere. The plate was clean and I enjoyed the condiment bar, it was clean and we'll stocked. The iced tea was good Southern style and not overly sweet. The malt vinegar bottle and salt & pepper shakers were clean and not oily or greasy. I like the way they have rolls of paper towels on the tables instead of cheap napkins. I ordered the four piece fish dinner and medium iced tea, it was less than $10.00 with a coupon I clipped, and more than I could eat. I took half of the meal back home for a little snack later. I would have given 5 stars but the tables in the dining area we're wobbly, but they were clean.
