Just got info in the mail regarding ALLWELL. Checked the website and the customer reviews. The reviews stopped me dead-in-my-tracks. I will not inquire any further regarding this Advantage Plan, because customer service is equally as important as the service provided.

The customer service is terrible I called to change my Child physician and the lady was all rude stating that I needed to go online because I didn't know how to spell the physicians name when you go online we have to do the same thing that they do to find the physician so basically she was wanting me to do her job and if i knew that then i could have just did it online but i tryed that thats why i called because that didn't work you Need new worker who aren't rude and a new system

I think the customer service they provide is horrible. Wait time just to get to a person every time you call is 10-15minutes.
