I needed an international flight and everything seemed fine. I later found out I was charged a service fee which no one told me would happen. She charged my card without telling me of this fee. She didn't call the airline when I asked questions : instead she told me to call myself. You are a travel agent, that's your job! I am extremely unhappy and wish I never booked with AAA.

I only go here for oil changes but I'm always in and out, and they are nice people.

Very fast service and Dave was a friendly, cheerful, helpful man. My boyfriend and I came in for a 9:15 appointment for an oil change and we just left at 9:48. The estimated time was about an hour but we were glad to see it come out in roughly half an hour! We popped in next door at Trader Joe's and looked around while we waited and as soon as we came back, the car was done. Talk about amazing service!

Thank you Triple A of Columbia SC for helping me out the day after the eclipse! Even though I'm a AAA Florida member, you helped me out at no charge -- thank you! You correctly diagnosed my transmission fluid leak as a cracked seal, and did not charge me either for putting my van up on the lift or adding enough fluid to get me to a transmission shop. Thank you so much! I will be visiting my daughter at Univ of So Carolina several times in the next few years, and you can bet you'll see me if I have car trouble again.

My issues are not with the car care center, it's how disjointed AAA is on a whole. The people at the car care center do a great job, and are very friendly, kind, and understanding. They will do everything they can to meet your needs in a timely manner. There's a nice place to sit and watch TV, free coffee, a soda machine, Trader Joe's is next door for snacks, and pizza and bagels across the street. But, like I said, AAA as a whole appears to be disjointed, and charges pop up and get lost in the system that you're not supposed to pay for (towing is the specific example in my case). I have to talk to 8 different people to get a refund for my towing, which was to an authorized AAA car care center, and I had the work done there, and it's still not completed. The car care center appears to operate under the AAA umbrella, but seems somewhat independent in the system (even though there is a AAA travel office in the lobby, etc.). Confusing, and cumbersome. I want to pay for a membership that I don't have to do all the work to get my benefits.
