I called this location to discuss my reservation and waited on hold for 14 minutes. I then received an insincere "sorry for your wait." When I asked what the cause of the delay was I was told that this is a typical hold time for Monday mornings.

Absolutely the worst customer service, whoever works there dosent seem to want to work, just hang out and pass time.... will never do business here again

Customer service is very friendly and laid back. My style of service. Other than this; the company always provides nice vehicles. Last time I dropped off the car on a Sunday when they are not open and forgot my wallet in the front after turning the keys into the drop box. They sent someone to unlock the vehicle in less than 20 minutes after I called. Lucky day or great service. Either way Assembly street is great.

I made a reservation on 5/23/17 to pick up a vehicle on 5/26/17 @ 6:00pm. I called twice on 5/26 to verify that I would be able to pick up the vehicle between 5:30pm and 6:00pm. Both times that I called the person who picked up advised me that I would be able to pick up and not to worry. The last time I called I spoke with Anastasia who told me that they close at 6pm and that she would check with her manager to see what they could do. Needless to say she put me on hold for 1.5 seconds came back and said that I would have to go to the airport. I work in customer service and our goal is customer experience. Apparently this is not your goal. I would have appreciated if the manager would have called the location at the airport to see if they could accommodate me, that did not happen. I called the airport location and of course on this good memorial day weekend there were no vehicles available. I really wish I could have had a better experience. I will not hold this against Enterprise as a whole. The Assembly street location needs to train their agents and manager on providing a better customer experience. I use this location solely for work rentals. Customer service and professionalism are lacking. On a recent rental, the rental agreement prepped, and I was handed the keys and pretty much pointed in the direction of the parked car in the garage. No review of the agreement, or walk around the car-- basically, here are the keys and there's the car. On my next visit, the check-in process & vehicle inspection was fairly standard, but I left without being given a copy of the contract. When I addressed it, upon returning the vehicle, I was told that it's the customer's responsibility to ASK FOR a printed copy of the rental agreement, bc they're moving to a paperless system. I told them that I never received an electronic copy, either. As a result, I completely refueled a car that was checked out as having a 1/2 tank of gas. They told me that there was nothing they could do about it. Decent cars, but the customer service experience, and lack of professionalism will force our office to go with a different location.
