The wrost service ever the drivers don't even know where they are they got lost also they discriminat the people I won't use their service even if they pay me the ticket.. WROST SERVICE EVERRRRRRR.

The worst service ever. The people in charge are very irresponsible. I met people that have been waiting for their bus since the morning. My bus was suppose to leave at 11:00am and they changed it to 8:00am and then 5:00pm. The spaces between seats are so tight and the bus smelled bad.

This company is totally unethical, yesterday i travel to sl ptosi, mex.
we hace a pre-stop in mty, but in laredo, tx. the driver bus ask for a "volunter cooperation" for "mexican aduanals" they ask for 20dlls each!!!
the bus was full, after this incident, thes stop in a unauthorized stop and let in 8 people more, oviuslly, 2 blocks after arrive the office sation in monterrey, the bus driver let it go, this people just in the theatre in escobedo, n..l
i never, never will travel in this company
