I Love going to Lori at Body Wisdom for therapeutic massage. In the past, I have found it difficult to get an adequate therapeutic massage in Chattanooga. This is not the case with Lori! She is very knowledgeable about my condition and provided the best massage that I have experienced. I appreciate everything about my experience at Body Wisdom. It is clear that much thought has been put into the renovation of this building to be just the right atmosphere. No longer do I have to go out of town for the therapy and regeneration that I need!

I've been to Body Wisdom for massages twice so far and both times have been wonderful. Bethany takes the time to get to know you and is very easy to talk to. She makes sure you are comfortable while you are there from temperature in the room, to temp of the towels, to pressure with the massage. She seems to really care about your experience and loves what she does. If something aches, she'll focus on that. If you prefer more pressure on a certain area, she make sure to do it. It's all about you when you're there. Body Wisdom has been awesome and I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else.

I have had three massages with Bethany at Body Wisdom in St. Elmo. I don't think I will get a massage anywhere else in town! The atmosphere is very simple and soothing. What I really like about Body wisdom is that it is a no frills type of place. They are strictly dedicated to giving you the best massage and are genuinely interested in the helping to relieve muscle tension (and she is REALLY good). I absolutely recommend Body Wisdom.
