We had a policy for well over a year, reached out to them via email for assistance and got no response. We finally just cancelled our policy because he hadn't gotten back to us and another company helped right away. The email I finally get back is rude and vague. In all capital letters, "policy is termed." I know we just had a little renters policy, but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after this experience. We were not valuable to Tom Hefner and he treated us poorly. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a personal, friendly experience!

Don't trust these people to keep their promises or make their mistakes right afterwards, otherwise they are friendly and helpful
