Very good service. The car provided was nearly new. Booking online offered very good rates.

Bad customer service, very confusing bills, it looks like they are trying to squeeze money out of of you in any way. They wanted to charge me for a very thin scratch on the back of the car, waisted my time asking to go to policies station, used a truck to bring the car to their operations office...and then it was such a small scratch that they couldn't charge me! What a waist of time!

I am writing to complain about budget rental in terminal 1 dubai airport, which I rented from them three months and a week extra. They automatically started to deduct my debit each month. Unfortunately, after the last month they called me and I request a week extra and I did understand how much I have to pay (was about 1000 dirhams not more).

I rented Opel and when I reach to return the car they were not ready (however they rush me to returned it) with the invoice, they took my receipt documents (which you take the car at first).
Actually, what happened - is when I drop the car and they were not ready they told by tomorrow we will contact you to explain the bill - of course no one called me. And I accepted waiting until the day after the car receiver ran after me while leaving to asked me to pay the airport parking ticket!!! While all budget cars are parking there waiting for customers to pick up there cars!!!

Almost one month passed and the still deduct small amounts of money without coming back to me to explain anything and I have no idea what it's for!!

I am not at all satisfied with your customer service. That Is 2000 Aed per month and I paid all my Salik or other during that period.

Be carful !!!
