Very bad. Car broke down in JAFZA dubai and since al raed is based in AUH, they could not send replacement car. Wasted my day waiting for someone from al raed to give me replacement car. As i write this comment, i have already waited for 6.5 hours. Still waiting..

Al raed said that main problem why their car broke down is maybe because of empty fuel. So they gave me the car full tank last night and gauge says full. Then today it slowly stopped while i am driving. They said it is common problem for Nissan Sunny to have fuel gauge problem. So i said why did you give me this car when u know it has problem?

I went to petrol station myself and put fuel in car but still not working. Customer service of al raed wants me to either call some people to push the car, check the battery cables myself, call police or recovery to recover their car. Mr. Ashraf even told me why i cannot arrange recovery myself. I told him it's their responsibility. I already called jafza security to help.

Oh and they could not send emergency assistance from their insurance company and i don't understand why.

Cheap price but no thanks. Better to be safe in the road than sorry.
