Loved it. At the end of Grace Bay so very quiet beautiful beach. Staff is amazing. Condos have everything you need.

Stayed here with my family of 5 at the beginning of June, and we could not have had a better time. Firstly, what really separates The Tuscany from everywhere else we have stayed is the service. Leading up to the trip, they were in constant contact with us (almost too much contact) to make sure we were all set. Before and during our trip they made several reservations for us including restaurants, a rental car, and tee times at the Provo Golf Club across the street. Upon arrival, we were greeted with open arms (literally) with all of us getting a hug as well as a personalized tour of the facility and our condo. We even had a few minor issues with one of the fans in our room, and within seconds our entire room was buzzing with maintenance staff to fix the issue.

The grounds of The Tuscany are also some of the best I have experienced. Very well maintained. It is not very big, but because of that it was extremely quiet and completely relaxing. There were many times where it was just us in the entire pool facility.

The beach is also probably the best I can think of. Perfect white powdery sand, crystal clear turquoise water, and not a single rock on the bottom to be seen. The Tuscany's beach also comes with WiFi (albeit a little slow). Most of all, as many people have mentioned on here, the beach is not busy at all.

The units again are also some of the best I have stayed in. Firstly, the views from all units are incredible (though you do lose some on the ground floors) and on top of that offered a perfect view of the sunset over the water every night from an oversized porch. The rooms were also stocked with everything we could possibly have needed. An added bonus is that the rooms were cleaned each day by the housekeepers, which is something you do not typically see in a condo resort. The only minor issue we had was the WiFi just could not reach one of our bedrooms. Overall, not really an issue as we had purchased an international data plan.

Finally, a lot has been said in these reviews about the location of the resort. It is a little bit out of the town where the restaurants and shops are, but it is worth a little walk or a quick drive in a rental car or taxi. It is quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we wanted at least. As many people, and even the staff, also pointed out: This is not a traditional "resort" as there is no bar or restaurant on the grounds. I think, however, the Tuscany really gives you the best of both worlds. Right next door at the Ocean Club they have the Cabana Bar, your traditional beach bar and restaurant, as well as waiters that will come over to your umbrella on the beach. The plus is you do not have to deal with that hustle and bustle at your resort, you just have to go next door.

All in all, one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I hope to be back!

We had a blast at this place. The infinity pool overlooks the ocean and the water was absolutley breath taking. The service was impeccable and we loved all the covered daybeds out by the beach. So romantic.
