Может, что-то изменилось, но мне не понравилось. Много праздных людей, которые пришли не тренироваться, а потусоваться

Probably the best gym in Dushanbe. The layout is a little strange in that you feel like you're in a fishbowl because the entrance is up the stairs and overlooks the whole workout area and seemingly open to anyone who wants to come in and check out the action.

There is a separate, small women's only room which comes in handy during busy hours. There is also a boxing area and a cafe with juice machines.

The equipment seems a bit dirty, and I'm not sure if they clean it regularly (wash your hands a lot!).
