I called Bern Taxi Service on Jan 2nd 2015 to reserve a car for next day morning. At their request, I sent an SMS to confirm my demand, and they replied it was ok.

The next day, the car just DID NOT SHOW UP !!! I tried to call, no answer. They never called me back to apologize, nothing.
At the end, I had to rush with my 2 kids + luggage to catch my train on time.

My advice: avoid Bern Taxi Service at any cost. They are not serious.

Ich habe Bern Taxi Service von Bern nach Zürich-Flughafen. Der Service war gut. Fahrer war freundlich. Preis war günstig. Er gibt mir Rabatt.
