Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Europcar ist eine Bande welche mit Nötigung und Lügen zusätzlich Geld verdient. Selbst erlebt, gestern. Andere sind sicher nicht besser aber die haben gestern den Nagel auf den Kopf getroffen. Tatort Flughafen Cancun

Poor service, the lady on the desk was all alone. After being talked into an upgrade, a car with built in gps. The car (volvo) language setting couldn't be changed. After many back and forward with the staff she eventually come out and also couldn't figure this out.
Due to the mishap we were delayed by over 1h30m and missed some areas we wanted to visit because of the gps language issues.
The staff when asked multiple times said just change the language, looking at me like I'm an idiot.
I was very unhappy with the service, i always use europcar as i believe in their quality of cars. I provided feedback to europcar and didn't receive a response, even after ticking the 'receive response'
Recommend, initially ordering a car with built in gps and ask the staff the make sure the language settings are correct before you arrive.

2 stars are for the car, other than this mishap everything went smoothly

Very friendly staff and excellent services provided. Location is centrally and not that far away from the train station -7min walking distance
