This company is not only the most serious in Stockholm, but also the only one that gives their drivers pension, proper worker's rights protection and working hours. You can ask them and they will tell you exactly what I am saying.

Make sure you have everything when you leave the car, my partner left his phone in the taxi, we called immediately after getting out and realising, the first two times they said it wasn't in the taxi the third time they hung up on us, it wasn't until we remotely locked and disabled the iPhone that we immediately received a call saying it had miraculously appeared in said taxi.

The taxi service is great. I used it for work when i visit stockholm and its very reliable. I misplaced my phone in one of their cabs and Isabelle from their service center helped me. She was awesome! They located it and shipped it back to me overseas free of charge! Great service overall.

I asked the lady from the reception of the hotel where I stayed to order a taxi for me to bring me to the airport. Almost immediately the taxi arrived, driven by a very friendly man who spoke English very well. He told me there was a fixed price, which was about half of the outrageous price that the taxi driver who took me from the airport to the hotel charged. He warned me there are many so-called 'freeriders' in Sweden who charge outrageous amounts of money for a ride. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for Taxi Stockholm, maybe false reviews written by those 'freeriders'?
