Its a shame that the world's largest taxi company does not change their address on google map after so long been moved to another location. Showing their driver partners the wrong address via google map. Wasting our time

Very easy reservation method and very quick response. Availability, rates and offers are excellent. However some errors were experienced in few instances when selecting the route.
But the service is second to none.

Good service compared to others major taxi services. Could be because of the standards they prefer. There were few instances where drivers were bad and gave a bad service but overall mostly good I have had many rides to which I have given 6 star compliment. It was beyond just a ride because sometime times traveling is the major part that makes our journey a happy one

Unable to select the shorter route in the map. It always selects a route which is the longest. Which costs a lot. It was not like this before. Hope we'll get another good update.
