Perfect place to get back in shape or maintain. Which ever works for you. Good equipment, enough space, great coaches and experience all round if you are a beginner or an experienced individual. Early start avoids rush hours in the morning and evening for a comfortable workout.

Clean, efficient gym. Not the best, but definitely good enough if you're looking for a consistent experience

I went there to see the place. It was very nice. Modern equipment but not well maintained to be honest. Good instructors.
