The best selection of food in the area. Especially the sweets including the Mr whippy ice cream with strawberry sauce. Because the staff are so friendly it makes the holiday makers more friendly and talkative. ..cheers

Went to the hotel for a few drinks. Prices were ok and no difficulty getting a table for four. Entertainment was provided by the resident organist and singer, Toni, who is versatile and competent, if a little unanimated. The Explorers Bar next door had live music provided by two guys on rock guitar who were excellent although the atmosphere was a bit flat. A good place to visit if you enjoy listening to good musicians in a relatively sober establishment.

Great location, lovely atmosphere and really friendly staff, great for kids too, no parking even though it is advertised, buffet restaurants very nice but very crowded. Need to pay for safe in room. Nice rooms. Very noisy until midnight and there is a color changing hotel opposite the street view rooms. No chance of getting a sun bed and there was even an announcement about all towels will be removed from pool area if you are not there by 10am! Single mother and child staying 2 nights in half board, I'm sure there are better/cheaper options. We were out both days so if you are just using the hotel as a base it was very expensive.

Third visit. On each visit thought that the staff were friendly and polite. accommodation clean food to my liking and the entertainment varied each day. I would recommend this hotel.

We have really enjoyed our time at the Ambassador. Rooms are cleaned every day and clean towels. The food is amazing plenty of choice. All staff are friendly. Entertainment each night outside is good too . Can't fault it.
