This stores service is very poor. I went into the store last Saturday. Around 12:20pm. There were four people infront of me so decided to wait. While waiting, there was a couple who were flying out to Zanzibar on Tuesday, the gentlemen was very upset since they were yet to recieve their tickets. Turns out the consultant they were dealing with had received it a wile back and went onleave without emailing them. Very unprofessional.

Anyway, i decided to wait. At 12:30, Mpho the manager, decided that due to it being time to go home. He gave me his card and said to email him. And he would respond with info. I was abit frustrated since i waited for more that half an hour, however i am not one to cause a problem. I thought at the time, why didnt he tell me this earlier. I cud have saved alot of time. But didnt mind since he assured me he would email. I emailed mpho and followed up again to my initial email. A week later, and not even acknowledgement of my mail.

Service by Mpho Rakale and his associate is very poor. Dont waist your time visiting this store.
