horrible agency with misleading information on their website, rude staff specifically in PANCEVO, offering confusing prices, obviously I overpaid it, it was a Beograde-Budapest-Belgrade ticket, I have nothing but contempt for this agency. They should be out of business for what they sell. I hope everyone reads this so they will choose ANYONE else, even switching to trains which I personally dislike. NEVER AGAIN.

Very good Turist Agency. They started several years ago as a company for transport of turists, but they decided to spread they bussiness also as a tour operator. The best thing is that they have their own buses.

The worst webpage for a travel agency I'v ever seen. I wanted to buy a round Budapest-Belgrade ticket and it was extremely confusing.

My experience with Fudeks was very good. I took a bus from Belgrade to Skopje. It was a big comfortable bus (see attached picture) . It left on time and arrived 20 min late early. Bus was half empty so I had 2 seats for myself.

A not-so-professional travel agency. I bought a return bus ticket for Budapest (New Year 2015/16). Going to Budapest was not comfortable at all, because we got a minibus instead of a bus. Legroom was almost nonexistent. Returning from Budapest to Belgrade was another story. International buses from Budapest run from the Nepliget station which works until 11 pm when they close the building. The bus should have departed at 11 pm but it was late and we spent over an hour outside the station because they closed it. In summer that wouldn't be a huge problem but we froze because it was around -15 deegres Celsius. The next time, I'll take the train to Budapest instead of the bus.
