Don't rent here if you don't wanna get in touch with thieves! I rented a car with them and i left a gopro camera in the compartment behid the gear box after i did a video just before arriving in cluj. While the guy was driving us home he put his mobile phone there and later on he closed the compartment so that when i left the car i saw it closed and i didn't check inside. When i realized that i left the camera there i called him to ask when i could have come to take the camera and it was disappeard. The people who work there don't own the company so that they don't care if the steal stuff from clients. DON'T RENT HERE.

Pe data de 24 August 2017, venind din Montréal, am inchiriat o masina Mercedes pentru o perioada de 3saptamani. De-a lungul timpului, am inchiriat de la multe companii (din Iasi, Bucuresti, Cluj) o masina pentru concediile petrecute in Romania, insa niciuna nu a oferit conditii si servicii mai bune decat BDV Bestauto din Cluj. Pentru mine à fost cel mai bun serviciu ce mi s-a oferit si de aceea le multumesc inca o data si recomand si altora sa le solicite serviciul de inchirieri auto.

Am închiriat doi ani la rand
Odată am rezervatford fiesta , mi-au adus Peugeot în doua uși.
Altădată am rezervat vw polo, mi au adus Hyundai Accent, plus imi cereau diferenta, pana la urma m-am costat 1 euro pe zi mai mult. Imi pare rău dar au pierdut un client, sper ca alți utilizatori au avut experiente mai plăcute.

Had a "full-option" Dacia Logan rented from here for 10 days:

1) The pre filled contract had a different number of days written (bigger of course) which i would have probably payed if i haven't noticed.
2) The car had, without any kind of overreacting, the body full of rust and it was bended in several places.
3) The left back tire had the valve broken which caused pressure lost to 0.
5) Terrible smell inside the car.
6) Radio broken.
Overall bad experience. Not recommended at least for the Dacia rental.

I find it to be the most reliable rent a car company I have worked with. 5 stars all the way. The prices exactly as on the internet page (no surprises as with other companies that will get to cost you double or even triple). Good clean, reliable, diesel cars at great cost. What more can you ask for?
