If you can stay away from this place, do so. They have the worst costumer service ever. I book this hotel as a last minute thing due to a cancellation of a reservation a had on another hotel because of the damage of the hurricane on the island. I got to this place around 9:00pm to find out they don’t provide parking for their customers. I started looking for parking spot and after 2 whole hours I talk to the person in charge at the counter of the hotel and he was very rude and told me there is nothing he can do and they cannot give me a refund because the reservation was NON REFUNDABLE even after explaining that I spend the last two hours looking for a parking spot he refused to offer me an option and did not gave the refund. I end up leaving and had to pay to stay in another hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Spent a week here and loved it. Staff is friendly and will make you feel at home. .y room was just big enough in size, very well decorated. I prefer older look rather than modern, so for me this was perfect.

This place was so darling! The pool, bar, and rooms were all lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was really impressed. You are a short walk from the beach and not too far a drive from Old San Juan. Would definitely recommend.

My son and I stayed during the summer. Our room was small, but for the price the room was great. The hotel well maintained, and the grounds are beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned everyday, and we did not have any complaints. The beach is one block away. Sometimes we just walked barefoot to the beach. The neighborhood in very nice and accessible to Historic San Juan.
