The hotel is OK but pretends to be more than what it is. Staff not friendly and breakfast (included) very bad. Option for take out breakfast if you need to leave before 6am for example for Dolphin watching (20₱ additional). To be order in advance.

This hotel is neat as can be! Great breakfast that foreigners appreciate as well as other meals. Location is topnotch and near all business local sites.

Go somewhere else.
The hotel is very old, staff is not friendly and the buffet breakfast was really really bad.
They are also doing renovation on the other floor, so it's noisy.
So as I say, better going somewhere else.
Just the location is good, walking distance from the seaport.

Good place to stay in the middle of the city. Nice place to chill after touring around Dumaguete. Be prepared since there are no convenience stores or hang out places if you want to go out late at night. But there are still pedicabs if you really want to go out. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast though is not that great. Unless you're staying more than two days, you will still enjoy it. Their breakfast don't vary much. Overall, great place!

The staff are friendly and professional. The mini bar has affordable items. The bathroom was large and clean. The windows outside the rooms are a bit dirty. The breakfast buffet was ok, on the other hand their restaurant food was better. Their prices are great and deliver value for money.
