Spoke to Ana Maria and from the start was very helpful. Hopped on call and explained the whole process. I asked to be picked up at Airport and I took longer than expected to leave the terminal (they patiently waited for me). I was given the Hyundai Santa Fe within 15 minutes of meeting the guys at the Airport. Very fast. Dropped off the Santa Fe at the Airport and the same guys met me there and within 10 minutes I was done. Great Service, WILL absolutely be using these guys again! (prices were also VERY reasonable)

Experiencia Negativa. Tardanza en el procedimiento de desbloqueo en la tarjeta de crédito, con un monto congelado de 1200 Dólares. Incumplimiento en la entrega de recibo de pago. Informalidad en el proceso. Uno como cliente cumple con lo establecido, pero la empresa una vez que le devuelves el automóvil se desentiende del tema. Pésima atención en la "central" telefónica.
