The service is awful! Front desk just say yes but nothing no follow up. Internet is so slow (1h to do my online check in for my flight)...management not there there is only inexperienced guys. Breakfast is good.
They are adding an extra floor they didn't say anything while booking as you can't sleep with so much noise!!

Fully accomodated place and peacefull environment to live in Islamabad.

Hotel is in very nice location. Room sizes are good for small families. Can improve breakfast with less oil in the food. Rooms are old and need renovations. Staff is cooperative and helping. Good value for money.

It's supposed to be a four star hotel however the condition and facilities speak only of 2.5 stars to the max.
