Robyn's level of skill and care is second to none and her warm personality and genuine care is always evident. I always leave feeling like I've spent time with a friend.

At caci oriental bay I probably had one of the worst experiences ever. I have been going there for the last 2 years for laser hair removal on majority of my body. During my sessions they kept telling me that they will continue to treat the hair until 80% of my hair was gone however during my consultation at the very beginning before treatments I had clearly stated that I have PCOS, and with this your hair really never goes away since having this condition means a person will naturally have more body hair, however at my consultation I should have been told that laser hair removal wouldn't work on me, but the manager kindly left that out. Fast forward after a year and a bit after majority of my treatments the hair was still there. The manager, Robyn (I will state her name as I do not want anyone to get ripped of their money by her false promises) after all of this she stopped treatments and offered to give me facials every month for a year. I agreed and at first was nice to get these, howevet after a couple of facials she started to get extremely rude to me she almost made it out at times as if she was happy to cancel my appointments, she had no interest from the beginning to provide these free facials all she was trying to do was cover up her big mistake and save her ass from me complaining. Anyway the place has had many employees come and go, there is no proper management and just a lack of actual interest in the person thats paying YOUR income is astonishing. If you want to save yourself from embarrassment and humiliation I higher urge anyone thinking of going to reconsider you will save your money and and not be ripped off by Robyn.
