Absolutely rude and unprofessional! Really bad attitude and do not admit the damage existing on the car! Avoid if you can!

We booked online for a Queenstown holiday, which we unfortunately had to cancel. Apex was very responsive to our emails and were able to cancel the booking with a minimum of fuss. While we didn't end up using the car service, we were very happy with the customer service we received.

Sales woman was customer service was extremely poor and rude.
Car was not ready for pick up at booked time.

Very pushy to sell the extra zero excess and roadside coverage when not really required. I didn't choose the option when making the booking because I knew it would not be required. My travel insurance will pay the $2,000 excess so I don't need the reduced excess cover. She then pushed very hard for roadside coverage, however I later discovered my insurance includes that too, so once again it was not required. I don't like the way the make you leave your luggage unattended outside and make you attend the office to collect the keys. I was worried for my luggage outside, so I just wanted to collect my keys and go but she kept pushing for the extra coverage. I didn't have time to review my insurance documents as I was worried for my luggage outside, so I paid for the extra when I did not need it. Very pushy.

Pretty average. Gave us the wrong chains for the car the rented us, and after driving all the way back to swap wouldn't even come out side to check the new ones would fit. They didn't. Only a guy called Matt helped, the rest didn't seem to care. There goes half a day on the mountain. Not even a sorry either.
