Be wary of renting from this crowd - we recently rented a heavily scratched and stone chipped subaru from A2B and in an effort to avoid being charged for pre-existing damage I annotated the vehicle condition report to stress there were serious scratches and stone chips (and some minor body parts missing) all round before counter signing it and the Vehicle Condition Report records this pre-existing damage as affecting the windscreen also. Following our return they have charged our credit card for a stone chip to the windscreen which did not happen during our hire. I notified them of this in writing the same day requesting a refund but have not been able to elicit a response by email and no one is answering their land line phone either. Annoying!
