Ref: Unfortunately, It happened again!

This is Mafer back to let you know according to the kind response from our previous communication, we decided to give it another try by returning to the Bealey's Ale House for breakfast.

Today is Sunday 22/10, we arrived by 8:50 am which was much earlier than the last time we tried to have a nice breakfast and again was impossible to achieve.

This time we were asked to pay at the front which seemed to be strange, but of course, we did.

By our surprise, even being this early, there was almost anything in the samovars, no eggs in any of their versions, no hashbrowns, no bacon, no croissants, no juices, not even plates to name just some.

If you're proud to be one of the best breakfast buffets in town, how come not even being 9:00 am on a Sunday, everything is almost gone.

You can't allow in a buffet to be hand empty, you can't afford the samovars to go the point where there is any food left.

If I am a customer and want to go to an all you can eat buffet is because I am expecting to find that: food! and not having to wait one hour and a half for the samovars to be reloaded as we had to do during our previous visit.

Today, we waited more than a half an hour and the only thing replaced was a bottle of orange juice which of course didn't last even 5 minutes and the plates.

I felt so disappointed because I trusted you again with my decision to try one more time your place for breakfast which I like very much, the grounds, the music, but unfortunately, you are not prepared to offer the buffet service you say you have.

And is very sad because you have everything to shine the right way, but at this point, that star is going to fall down sooner or later.

You may have customers coming and going but those loyal as we are will be gone forever.

We asked for our money back since had paid upon arrival and after we explained to the manager the reason why we were leaving, she just said: "we don't have a way to be prepared by having enough food if lots of people are coming".

We were very sorry to hear her response because it only shows lack of service and unknowledge of your own target.

Clean tidy and offers a few different beers. Seems to be the place to go if you like wearing flouro vests.

Good place for breakfast. Plenty of options to eat. The only thing a bit disappointed because I was expecting fruits but was none there, only cereals.

Great place for drinks and light meals/snacks (and pub quiz!) But in all honesty, I felt the main meals should be alot more generous for their prices. It's pub food; and a 250g steak with salad and fries should not cost $40!
Nice outdoor area for summer too!

Great local pub to have a beer and watch the sport, staff are quick to get you drink or food!
Massive layout so plenty of space to walk around and socialise
