Anything but a dream, we had three goes there in three different rooms with out tour. Bad wifi, poor cleanliness, horrible smell in some rooms, average breakfast and weird atmosphere.

It is in a good location though and cheap.

Close to city centre but quite. Clean rooms and reasonable breakfast. It also has free Wi-Fi.

Comfortable and clean, good location near Chinggis Khan square (formerly Sukhbataar Square). Free Wi-Fi. I docked it one star because even the nonsmoking rooms smell like smoke.
