Nice and spacious...but no sundry shop or drug store nearby. Its in a residential neighbourhood...hotel breakfasts is euro 12..

Wonderful hotel at the France side of France-Monaco border, cross a small valley you'll reach Monaco. You cannot find a cheaper option with such a high standard in this area.
