Hotel is new and fresh. Well maintained thus far. Guest relations is good as the staff were very responsive

Hotel entrance is a little confused at the beginning. You have to come in through the lobby in the 2nd floor and use another elevator to reach the rooms.
The restaurant is good.
At lunch time they offer a sort of menu or configurations like "main course+dessert+coffee". Good option!
The room was great.
Nice view.
Very modern concept. It is a place I would come back.
The only thing I did not like at all was that I was not able to pay in cash because they "did not have change". Unbelievable!!!!!!!

This is a new hotel right in downtown Ft d France, within walking distance to the markets, downtown shops and restaurants, cruise ship terminal, etc... Very clean, nice rooms with all the amenities. Friendly staff. Prices are almost too high, charging top end rates but really only a three star at best. But it is probably the best place to stay in Ft d France...

The food in the restaurant and bar is horrible; way overpriced, way over to the point of ridiculous, for what you get. (go downtown to eat and drink) Buffet breakfast is poor, very little selection and very little on the food table, bins are not replenished quickly, not worth it for what you pay.

Parking garage is a total nightmare to get into, yes pay parking but it is very difficult to get the gates to open, very frustrating.
