I’ve had a great experience with this hotel, costumer service is excellent and very helpful. They have been so understanding towards costumers. I stayed here last summer and I will definitely be back to book again! Room was amazing as well! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Nice location between the old bazaar and the city centre. Free parking in front of the hotel.
Friendly staff.
The rooms are big and clean.
Breakfast was average, no hot dishes and very limited selection of sweets. Only instant coffee from a vending machine.
A basement-like, wet smell came out of the bathroom and into the room.

Nice room and good services, the old bazaar of Skopje is just behind the hotel and the new city center just across the bridge.

Very good hotel, friendly staff, in my opinion it deserve 4 star not 3 as it is. location is perfect because everything is in walking distance and you don't need a taxi to explore the city. Good breakfast and the staff helps you for every of your request. Definitely will go again.

Centrally located in Skopje with a great service. Rooms are interesting, they seem renovated but the one we were in was run down and things were breaking apart. We had an issue with the toilet for which we were offered to move to another room with no questions asked - this was great. The bed is not very comfortable, but it did us for one night stay.
