Usually the service is bad & I expected today to be the same. Oddly enough it wasn't, food was well prepared, delivered on time and the waitress was more than amazing.

The service was really good, but the Spur original burger was a bit dry but alright.

I've been there twice. First time they burnt burned my Ribs and Chicken. Well, mostly the chicken. Who does that? Burn your meat and still give to you? I understand the fact the restaurant had only arrived in the city and that everybody working there were still trying to wrap their heads around Spur Services and its Standards BUT DAMN IT, my chicken was burnt. I took a deep breath and asked myself, "What would Jesus do?"

Anyway, the Spur is not a standout, like you would expect it at this amazing location with an amazing view, No. It's pretty normal, in a Mall, in the city and like every other Spur Ranch, it can go from a 0 to a 100 real quick. So be cool. All Spur Ranches get queued up every month end. You should know that by now. I'll have to go back again to see how they've improved.
