Great gym! The teachers and trainers are extremely attentive and care about having you do an optimal work out. An hour of intense, feel good work out will pass by way too quickly, and leave you feeling great. I also have a back injury, and using the reformer has been essential for keeping the correct posture during the workouts and reducing overall pain from sitting all day at my desk for work.

Palestra su misura! Si sente come esercitare a casa propria, in famiglia. Personale cortese e super simpatico. Posto non pretenzioso e uno si sente al proprio aggio da subito. Io sto seguendo i corsi con il personal trainer e anxhe il regime allimentare e sto ottenendo ottimi risultati. Assolutamente da provare!
