A bunch of thieves!! In this case cheap does not end up being cheerful, I returned a car (that had 110 000 km on the clock!!) with a small dent in the door. The supervisor immediately charged my credit card 2000 shekels, that's $600. No details of what this payment was actually for, my requests for a detailed receipt were repeatedly denied. They have no interest in any customer service here, they are only interested in stealing your money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Cal Auto is the biggest car rental company in Israel and they are cheaper than others. Good collection of cars available. However, communication in english can be difficult sometimes. Note that they are very busy throughout the day.

Workers both on the front end and on the back end are relatively unmotivated. Car was Ok, they make sure to pull the oldest one out and they don't give much thought to a returning Customer.

Horrible. They scammed me and charged my credit card $600 for a one day rental. They lied to the credit card company and claimed that the damage that was already there was my fault. On top of that, they filed a claim against my insurance company. Don't go here. They're a bunch of scam artists. Made me never want to go back to Israel.
