In Waterford for the day so popped in here for my workout. Great gym, is clean and has everything you need and only €8 for a walk in

On 5th August we were staying in Waterford with our 3 grandchildren and decided to take them to this Centre for a swim. It wasn't cheap, costing 233 euros, and we booked the 5-6 pm session on their website which it said was available. We arrived at 4.45 allowing for changing time, but were told on arrival that, sorry, there was a "glitch" with the website and lessons were in the pool 5-6, would we like a refund OR come back at 6-7 pm. With three expectant kids we came back at 5.45 and went in the pool at 6 which was fine - BUT at 6.45 we were told that we had to leave the pool as they were locking up!!! So in fact we paid 23 euros for a 45 minute swim which was booked wrongly in the first place. We took this up after but were told "that's the way it is!". All in all a BAD experience!!! Luckily our time in the pool was good, limited as it was!!
