NRC Taxis (National Radio Cabs)

So booked a taxi last night. Was told be 30min wait which was fine. Then got the confirmation txt with tracking link but didnt work and... the taxi never came! Still waiting for my cab! Obviously was trying to call again but the automatic voice mails said the taxi is on its way..joke. Ridiculous service.

Consistently late, or pre-booked cabs will suddenly become unavailable 10 minutes before the booking. I have never received a cab when ordering one in any time less than a half an hour. Drivers are rarely able to accept card payments, even if that was requested when booking a cab. I understand the constraints of traffic and available drivers, but unfortunately, NRC fails to come through more often than they manage to arrive.

usually order and they have been good and on time most times, but last week they did not arrive for a prebooked taxi which I ordered earlier that day as finish work at 6, needed to get from clondalkin to red cow luas for 6.30 to make bus, missed my bus, ended up having to wait til 8 for next bus and was freezing! they did contact me to say be a few mins late, but at 6.30 I decided to walk, I got there after 7pm and then the taxi calls, I had walked so didn't bother answering as was fuming! I suppose they did call me back at least to say there was an issue but I still missed my bus home because taxi did not arrive on time

Brilliant and professional service. Requested a taxi this morning, got a confirmation text message straight away and was able to track the car. After Hailo disappeared it has been hell trying to book taxis, I am happy I gave these guys a call. Completely recommend.

Best taxi service in town. I use Nrc quite a lot through my company and they are very professional and efficient. Great uniforms and great friendly drivers. I see a lot of bad reviews but to me honest not everyone is going to be happy. The staff in the taxi office are lovely, especially Kim and Dave. So so helpful and a joy to speak with on the phone. Can never see a better company in Dublin to be honest, keep up the good work guys.
