PLEASE do NOT use this service! Pre-booked a taxi to work the night before for 7.50am so I would be on time for an early meeting. Finally arrived at 8.15am...25 minutes late. Called dispatch twice between 7.50 and 8am and was told on both occasions that the taxi was on its way and would be a couple of minutes. The taxi driver subsequently told me that it wasn't her fault for being late as she had only been given the job at 8am....! I also asked the dispatcher whether they thought it was acceptable for a pre-booked taxi to be 25 minutes late and was told that it wasn't too bad because other customers were waiting over half an hour late. I pre-booked this taxi the night before!!! Astonishing!!!

In the middle of booking a taxi and some dickehead hangs up cause he doesn't want to talk absolutely shite service never again

Horrible taxi driver. Annoying music, constant and load finger tapping which was headache inducing, and stomach churning erratic driving. Unpleasant smell. Also was rude and unpleasant.

Inept, unhelpful and extemely rude. NEVER interrupt them by looking for a taxi - they apparently hate that.
