Our rental at KW in Bucharest, Roimania was a smooth process. Excellent service and friendly staff. Worth renting with this group and would do so again.

This was the first time I reserved a rental car, while booking my flight. The process was very simple. Just an extra few clicks while finalizing my flight reservations to add a rental car. This made things very simple, as I did not have to search other website's to book the rental. Next time I book my flight on Hawaiian Airlines, I'll simply just take the extra 10 seconds to select the rental car. Very efficient process.

Long story short. they are a ghost customer service. My flight was delayed 2 hours and when I arrived their office was closed and next day I called in the morning and tried to cancelled. They said to call the main office in Dublin and and I have been trying to contact a representative by phone and I keep having emails saying, sorry but we won’t refund.

Please do support a company that is trustworthy, hertz, enterprise, etc..

This company has purposely poor customer service to their advantage to ignore you and make you say the same story over and over without any results.

PLEASE AVOID THIS SERVICE ABD DO NOT LISTENING TO PAID 5star reviews.

We had booked our car when we saw in an email offer that the same car was now almost twice as cheap. We rang CarTrawler and they were able to cancel our booking and additional insurance we had purchased free of charge and book the same car with the same company on the better rate. Insurance ended up being cheaper too! A 3 minute call saved us half the price of our car hire. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable car hire from a friendly office in the terminal and, when delivered back, equally friendly staff. Took the hire on-line from the link provided by the carrier, and did not check out the most cost-effective hire beforehand. Half dozen hire kiosks in the terminal.
Found the insurance cover difficult to understand vis-a-viz the annual excess insurance cover that I normally carry when hiring cars. Was this a company and/or a country issue? Purchased company insurance.
Car hire from Cork Airport. Be aware that this is wet rain country for much of the time and, importantly, there is little protection from the rain once outside the terminal. Cars are parked in the open 100 m from the end of the covered walk-way. Similarly, the car return depot was even further away. If you are humping baggage in the rain and/or checking the bodywork in the rain, facilities are weak. You will need rain gear/umbrellas.
We were advised that we could inspect the bodywork undercover at the delivery depot, but this proved to be inadequate – small dark shed/workshop that was difficult to enter and exit with the car. Nervous drivers may find this intimidating. In reality, with a wet car on a wet dark day in a dark shed you cannot adequately check out the condition of the car that you are hiring (against the survey sheet provided). Fortunately, we had no issues.
Car was clean, presentable and easy to live with.
Local main roads are comfortable/easy. Local side roads are challenging in the extreme when sharing with people who know them well. Lots of unfriendly driving, particularly at night on narrow roads.
