Good room size.. and a very convenient location.. Shopping mall on the bottom floor..Easy to get to public transportation. because the great location ..So is pricey!

The lunch buffet at Niccolini's is impressive. Pasta bar, cheese monger, Peking Duck, and lots more, including a dessert section with Movenpick ice cream. The service was excellent. The staff was attentive and quick with the free flow beverages. Don't forget that you can order a main course too, but that's optional. Overall one of the best buffets I've been too in HK.

Conveniently located. Whole experience is good. The executive lounge - try to get access if not, definitely worth paying for it. My favourite place to stay in Hong Kong.

In 30 degree humid heat its nice that you can get here without stepping outside. It's attached to a high end mall. We ate dim sum here and it was the best dim sum ever. Beautifully presented and each bite was delicious. The service is okay but they are not in any rush to serve you. The space is nice but could probably be updated.

Wow, what an outstanding property from top to bottom. As a diamond member celebrating my 10 year anniversary with my wife, I was treated like an absolutely celebrity.

Upon arrival, we were whisked 600 feet in the air to the executive check-in area where we were welcomed with drinks and a very pleasant check in process.

We were upgraded to a corner suite on the 61st floor complete with champagne, chocolates, and a beautiful card celebrating our anniversary.

We were given access to the executive lounge which turned out to be amazing. The breakfast was exquisite every single morning. The afternoon tea was such an amazing treat. It was nice to get off the hot streets of Hong Kong, shower in our beautiful suite, and then relax in the lounge with gourmet sandwiches and teas. The cocktail hour was also amazing. The little bites of gourmet food could easily fill us up each night if we choose that route.

The location is excellent. It was extremely easy to walk to tram stops, bus stops, train stops, etc. Walking to the underground area made it easy to catch our subway to start our easy journey to Hong Kong Disneyland for two days in a row.

Overall, the service at the Conrad Hong Kong is top notch. The staff is amazing and the housekeeping is easily 5 star.

I sincerely hope that my wife get to return to this amazing property one day. Maybe for our 20th anniversary?
