The room was big, but the furniture is a bit outdated. The beds also could be improved. The stuff is attentive and supportive.

Rude and unhelpful are two words that best describe the front office staff. Perhaps it's their inability to properly communicate in English that makes them sound brusque and impatient but then one can't be in the hospitality business without attempting to work around such inablities. Otherwise a decent place to stay, close to transportation and on a street with dining options.

This is really nice place to stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The price is fare especially for Hong Kong island.

The rooms are big and clean. Nothing too fancy. The staff needs to be a little more welcoming. A smile would be appreciated.
