Good location for shopping and eating. Nice staff and speak good English. Only real downside is that the room smelled very very musty; so I docked it a star. Not a bad spot though for a short stay.

Nice new hotel for short stay, price is good, rooms are clean. Since it is located in Mong Kok, center of everything, shopping, food, transportation are within a few minutes walk.

The hotel is new. The lobby and rooms where pretty cozy. We got a room at the 23rd floor with a great view of the mountains and building. The staff are polite and very professional. I love the area. Its like the hipster scene of Hong Kong. Lots of micro restaurants and bars selling crafts beers. I highly recommend this Hotel. After the hustle and bustle of going around in Hong Kong its nice to have a nice and cozy place to come home to.

Location is very good! Close to the mtr and ladies market. After our first night, the air conditioning stopped working and we had to change the room because they couldn't get it to work. Second night we noticed that there was no water coming from the shower or tap.. We called the reception about it but it took quite a long time for them to fix it.. The staff was still friendly and helpful, despite these little problems. Rooms were nice and clean and also spacious!
