I have enjoyed my stay so far.However, service can be sluggish depending who is.
Staff are friendly but find it irritating if you insist on something being done right.
They can definitely improve on their drainage.After every flush of the toilet, there is a bad stench. I changed rooms but it wasn't any different.
WiFi is more than average, it can be slow occasionally but definitely gets the work done.
For food, it can contain a bit of salt but it's generally OK.

I have some comments about the offered services:
1) Wifi is not stable, slow most of the time
2) The room services is not so good where some days, I do not find any bathroom shower gel or shampoos
3) The bar is always empty
4) the light is not sufficient in the salon part of the room
5) Mastercard services is always working, the ATM machine is not always full of cash

Been there in a convention, great staff, nice catering and the conference halls were good.

4 star rated hotel with relevant faciilities to make the stay of international visitors or clients less stressful. Facilities such as currency exchange/transfer; swimming pool; conference venue and menu for foreign guests; among others.
