Avis sucks at all the locations they have. I was giving a car full of roaches and not thr vehicle I reserved. I slso have to switched the vehicle twice because it was malfunctioning and they forced me to buy insurance even tho my credit card have thay covered.

I'm still waiting on my damn refund. They suck I already have a week since I've returned and still no damn refund. I spoke with 3 people and they each told me a different story. The main guy i spoke with told me that i get my deposit returned after returning the car. I got the car July 3rd and dropped it off the same day. still no damn refund in my bank account. and I am still going back and forth with these people. if you ever go and rent a car you are better off going to Thrifty Car rental. if not into renting just try to make friends with some cab drivers. I made friends with one who was only charging $10.00 ( USD) per ride.

A bunch of CROOKS and THIEVES at this AVIS location. My friends and I rented a car for eight days with FULL insurance coverage paying $710 total. Of this amount, almost $500 was for insurance coverage because we wanted to make sure that we were covered 100%. The night before we returned to New York, someone professionally stole the glass out of the two side mirrors (not the casing just the glass). These f@@king bastards at Avis decided to charge my credit card an additional $562 for just 2 pieces of glass (not the entire mirror) that cost $20 each here in New York. No one seems to have an explanation for it. I am taking it up with the credit card company. I will also get an attorney and I will let the whole world know how dirty AVIS is. I hope the so-called manger Ms.Gisela Medina answers my questions tomorrow since I am still waiting for her email.
