Really nice renovation of the 1 floor. Great place to meet for a coffee for a business meeting and lunch.

The price is high.

Large, modern hotel with character in great location for shops, coffee shops and bars...without being a noisy location. Easy walking distance to all major attractions. Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Medium price for Copenhagen, and far better situated than the more expensive international chain hotels. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and like most large hotels vary in size according to price. The reception is large and stylish, and leads to a decent size outdoor terrace. I would certainly stay here again if visiting Copenhagen.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was nicely designed with a film noir theme aka Hitchcock's rear window where people can see into your room! Quirky. Staff were friendly and the hotel was located centrally and conveniently to the shops. Will come back.

Felt a bit tricked at the check in, we got a room on the first floor, and asked for one higher up. This was possible, but then it would be much smaller, that felt like a step down in quality, so we stayed with the one on the first floor. Big mistake, even though the room is nice, and said to be newly renovated, they definitely didn't spend any money on sound proofing the windows. We easily heard all the people walking by, even if they were just talking... If you are going to talk so highly about a first floor room, you should definitely, mention and warn about the noise level...

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is well located and the staff is very professional. The rooms are recently remodeled. One downside for me was the late night party crowd outside. If you keep your windows closed it is no problem. The included breakfast is really good and they have nice outdoor terrace for drinks and light snacks
