Its à small bar near lama temple with lots of french people . Mostly foreigner people inside. After midgnight you Can danse music is ok !
Drink is not to expensive.

Go there if you are looking for french people or foreigner !

Draft beer for ¥10,- and the cook was a butcher, so try the steak!
Order the 'Best Steak'
