Dr. Arthur and the other staff are amazing. We were 15 minutes late because our sick outdoor cat was hiding outside. They were really accommodating despite a busy schedule. Dr Arthur gave us all our options, discussed costs and was very understanding to our concerns and needs. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

We had our first visit with Dr. Arthur today and were blown away! He was incredibley understanding and kind with our nervous cat, Luna, and was incredibly knowledgable and helpful with us humans too! This really felt like a safe space where pets and owners are treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They let you know all your options and are not pushy in anyway which really makes for a more comfortable vet trip.
We also got Luna's nails trimmed and again, the vet tech Kassandra was very sweet and gentle with her. Nails done in no time!

Superior to Alta Vista, and cheaper too. Staff not pushy about their preferred products.

I had my cats spay done at bilings bridge animal hospital yesterday and they truly were the most professional veterinarian staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were informative, very upfront about costs, addresses all our concerns and took excellent care of my cat. They called me not once, but twice to give me updates on her condition and made me feel like they genuinely cared for my pet. Not only were they one of the cheaper locations for a spay but we're by far the easiest to deal with. Would recommend !!!
